The spray dryer systems produce a dry powder from a liquid by atomizing it and utilizing heated air to rapidly remove water from the liquid, while the fluid bed utilizes high velocity air and a perforated plate to fluidize the powder to help remove moisture.

Each system receives full lifecycle support, from engineering and design to fabrication and installation. In addition, serious attention is given to sanitary excellence, verified by USDA Dairy field tests; in addition all systems are in full compliance with all USDA, FDA, and HACCP standards. All systems are available in a wide range of configurations. This includes pressure of 3,000 to 7,000 psi for a typical system, and up to 15,000 psi if required.

The fluid bed processing system removes residual moisture at a capacity of 10 to 50,000 lbs. per hour from a product. Divided into two fluid bed processing types, either vibratory or static, each uses a different mechanical function to process the material. Both dryer systems are designed from 304 and 316 stainless steel, titanium, and other materials and have a polish of 32 µin or better.

The spray dryer produces a dry powder from a liquid by atomizing it and utilizing heated air to rapidly remove water from the liquid.
Tall Form Dryer
The tall form dryer has a taller slimmer chamber profile. The taller design allows for higher velocities of air to remove the necessary amount of water from the liquid product.

Short Form Dryer
The short form dryer has a shorter wider chamber profile. The shorter design allows the chamber to fit in rooms with low headroom.
U-Tube Dryer
The U-tube dryer takes the process air and powder and transports it through a U-tube to a separator (cyclone, baghouse and/or wet scrubber).
Turn Jet Dryer
The turn jet dryer utilizes an exhaust system that exits out the top of the drying chamber. This allows for added drying time in the chamber as the drying air reverses direction. This design allows the chamber have a shorter profile for rooms with low headroom.
Box Dryer
The box dryer utilizes horizontal air flow and atomization to dry liquid product. After the liquid is removed from the product the powder drops to the floor of the chamber and it is mechanically conveyed and removed from the dryer.

The fluid bed dryer is designed to remove moisture of a product where the residual moisture is higher than the needed finished product. The fluid bed utilizes high velocity air and a perforated plate to fluidize the powder to help remover moisture.
Vibratory Fluid Bed
The vibratory fluid bed utilizes a mechanical device to vibrate the fluid bed to help convey the powder to the outlet of the fluid bed.
Static Fluid Bed
The static fluid bed utilizes a directional perforated plate or paddle conveyor to move powder to the outlet of the fluid bed.
