Dahmes Promotes Hans Kabat to Engineering Manager

Dahmes Stainless Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Hans Kabat to Engineering Manager. Hans is the most recent addition to the management team, which was recently announced at a company-wide meeting.

Kabat joined the organization in 2012 as a Senior Process Engineer, primarily responsible for designing, sizing and commissioning all major projects for Dahmes’ customers. In 2017, Hans was instrumental in executing the company’s largest dryer in its history – a 12,000 pounds per hour sweet dairy whey dryer. Prior to joining Dahmes, Hans served in various engineering roles at Dynequip, Inc., Advanced Process Solutions (APS), and managed a small team of engineers at Evaporator Dryer Technologies. He also founded and led the product development of PA Interactive, a start-up company focused on designing, manufacturing, and marketing athletic training equipment.

Hans obtained his BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and completed the Wisconsin Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (FE).
